This Disclaimer applies to the website at orbitsub.com, the OrbitSub web application and all related services (the "Service") provided by OrbitSub, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Karan in New Delhi, India, and registered as a micro enterprise under the Udyam (MSME) scheme of the Government of India ("OrbitSub", "we" or "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. General information only

Everything on the Service, including research written by users, Outputs of Orbit AI and material we publish, is provided for general information, education and research assistance. It is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, health, financial, investment, tax, engineering, safety or academic advice. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on anything on the Service without first obtaining advice from a qualified professional about your specific circumstances.

2. Orbit AI

Orbit AI is generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Its Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or fabricated, and citations and summaries it produces may misrepresent their sources. You must verify every Output independently before relying on it. Our AI Use Policy explains this further.

3. User research and content

Research, comments, suggestions and other Content on the Service are created by users. They are the responsibility of the users who create them, and they are not reviewed, verified or endorsed by us. Research published on OrbitSub is not peer reviewed by us, and its presence on the Service does not mean that it is accurate, original, methodologically sound or fit for any purpose. Features that show how a piece was made, such as its public history, describe activity on the Service and do not certify the quality or originality of the work.

4. Academic use

Whether and how you may use OrbitSub, Orbit AI or research found on the Service in coursework, theses, publications or examinations is governed by the rules of your institution or publisher. We make no representation that any use is permitted, and we are not responsible for any academic or professional consequences of your use.

5. Third-party content and links

The Service links to and displays information from third parties, including scholarly databases, websites, embedded videos and sources added by users. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, its accuracy or its availability, and a link does not mean we endorse it.

6. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that Content will be preserved.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as set out in clause 18 of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
