Accessibility Policy
Last updated July 31, 2026
In short. We want OrbitSub to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We build with accessibility in mind and keep improving. If something is hard to use for you, please tell us at team@orbitsub.com — we take it seriously.
This Accessibility Policy describes how OrbitSub, operated by KARAN (“we”), approaches accessibility, what we currently do, and how to reach us if you face a barrier.
1. Our commitment
We believe research should be open to everyone, and that includes the tools used to write and read it. We aim to make OrbitSub perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, and we work toward the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical standard.
2. What we do today
Among the things we build into OrbitSub:
- Semantic, structured markup so assistive technologies like screen readers can interpret the interface;
- Keyboard accessibility for core interactions, so you can navigate without a mouse;
- Attention to colour contrast and readable typography, so text is easier to see;
- Light and dark themes, so you can choose what’s comfortable for your eyes;
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and devices, including mobile;
- Clear, plain language in our interface and important notices wherever we can.
3. We’re not perfect — and we’re improving
OrbitSub is an evolving, independently built product, and we know our accessibility isn’t perfect yet. Some areas may not fully meet every accessibility guideline, and third-party components we rely on may have their own limitations. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox, and we prioritise fixing barriers that prevent people from using the Service.
4. Tell us about a barrier
Your feedback genuinely helps us improve. If you encounter something that is difficult or impossible to use because of a disability, please contact us at team@orbitsub.com and, if you can, include:
- the page or feature where you had trouble;
- what happened and what you expected;
- the device, browser, and any assistive technology you were using.
We will do our best to respond, help you with what you were trying to do, and address the underlying issue.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as our accessibility work progresses; the current version and the “Last updated” date are shown here. To reach us about accessibility, email team@orbitsub.com.
